A jet ski is very easy to operate, even for a beginner! There are of course safety rules and regulations (just like a boat) so before hitting the water, we make sure to provide a brief orientation on how to operate and where to operate your jet ski for your safe riding pleasure.

No, depending on your age you may need a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certification. Wisconsin DNR offers Temporary Boater’s Safety Certification’s for individual’s who are renting a Jet ski or Waverunner.

Nope! Your rental will come with a full tank of gas, ready to go! (EXCLUDING FULL DAY RENTALS)

Don’t worry, it happens more than you think! In case of cancellation due to weather or other any unforeseen circumstances customers will receive a rental credit that NEVER expires and is transferable. Customers can reschedule to a time/of their choice with no fee. Refunds are not issued do to weather, only issued 100% rental voucher to be used a later time. Out of State customers are held the to the same policy. Please contact us before booking.

No, a reservation must be made at least 1 hour before your start time, to make sure you’re guaranteed a wave runner/jet ski, it’s always best to make a reservation even if it’s 20 minutes prior to the time you want to rent.

No, you will have a Spec 5 USCG approved life vest on. In fact you might not even get wet the whole time your on the Jet ski!

• Anyone under the age of 18, requires the presence of a parent/guardian to operate a Jetski/Waverunner.

We recommend wearing anything you feel comfortable getting wet in.

All jet ski’s are rated for a maximum of 3 people. For the best riding experience we limit it to 2 people per Jet ski. Steering, top speed, and stability are all reduced when you add people on the Waverunner.

Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance for a full refund. Less than 2 weeks but more than 72 hours in advance will get a 80% refund. Rescheduling after 72 hours is subject to 20% fee. To cancel email us at JetskiMadison@gmail.com

AWe issue the refund within 24 hours. Though It can take up to 7 days for it to reflect in your account.

Customers will receive a full refund with 2 weeks notice of cancellation. Late arrivals will be rescheduled and charged 20% not refunded. Cancellations made less than two weeks but more than 72 hours will be charged a 20% cancellation fee and refunded the difference. Cancellations Less than 72 hours will NOT be refunded only 100% rental credit that never expires and is transferable.
